Programs for Educators

Educators are pulled in every possible direction, expected to be teacher, counselor, therapist, nutritionist, and protector…all at the same time.

Support for Your Profession, Your Life and Your Students

In addition to your role as teacher, you are also often expected to perform the roles of counselor, therapist, nutritionist, and so much more. While all pieces of a child’s life are important, sometimes educators need to take a step back and gain some perspective; it is important to offer children what they need, but the educator’s well-being should not be compromised in the process.Providing programs for study and organization skills and brain health will create classrooms where students have the potential to become independent learners and classroom management will be easier. In addition, mindfulness meditation training and other programs for educators that focus on creating balanced lifestyles, more organized, orderly classrooms, and improving general well-being will put teachers into a reality that will remind them why they became educators in the first place. With the proper tools, teachers will bring themselves back into a place of educators who do a good job for others as well as for themselves.

The intention is to prompt and develop within youth a desire to become responsible and self-disciplined and to put forth effort to learn.
