Programs for Parents

Parents want what is best for their children; this is nothing new. What is new
is our fast-paced society with expectations that are often unrealistic.

Positive Parenting Programs to Support Student Success and a Healthy Family Environment

In an effort to provide the best for their children, parents often find themselves crossing a “best practices” boundary without even realizing it. At that point, levels of stress and anxiety, tears and frustrations, and discord within the home are all very likely. With just a little information and guidance, parents can bring themselves back into a place of “reasonable support” rather than “over-involved mega-parenting.” Family discord and upsets can be a thing of the past. These programs are based on strategies that involve exploration of best practices, discussions on potential challenges, active sharing of information between participants, and exercises such as creating a family mission statement. Join the numbers of parents who have changed school and home dynamics with wonderful results.
