Course Benefits:
This FREE, introductory program will provide participants with an inspiring look at the mindfulness movement and learn of its benefits, as seen over more than 30 years of practice. The program addresses questions participants have about the full mindfulness courses for students, parents and educators to help them decide if they would like to benefit from the full course.

Topics to be touched upon will explain how mindfulness positively impacts our physical, mental and emotional well being, reaction vs. response, having empathy for ourselves in order to have empathy for others, focusing on the present time, heartfulness, gratitude, appreciation, and the brain science that supports this program.

      I wanted to get in touch and let you know that, if you are in the Dallas area, I am offering an 8week course on Mindfulness (Brain Balm) through the City of Allen Parks and Recreation Center. It begins Sept 27 and is scheduled from 4pm-5:15pm.
