An overview will be given regarding activities resulting in a positive impact, as well as practices that can compromise the health of our brains. Learn how nutrition, exercise, sleep, and a balanced lifestyle impact brain health. Also, gain an understanding of how a mindfulness practice could positively improve your social, emotional, mental, and physical health.
